Question about water park rentals

How much does it cost to rent the towels and lockers? Also if you pay to park there does this mean you can park anywhere on WDW property for the day?

well parking is free.
and locker rental i think is $8 but you get $5 back when you return your locker key.
the towel rental is $1 each
