Planet Hollywood take Reservations?

I am letting my 3 oldest kids pick one place each to each ( table service). We have a vote for Planet Hollywood. Do they take ressies? Do I call Disney Dining? Or PH directly?

Yes, just call the disney dining line 407-wdw-dine. I just made a reservation for there today myself so I know for certain that they do.
