Does anyone know if Lightning is back, or is it just Mater still?

And what are the meeting times to see and have your picture taken with them at DHS?

It is currently just Mater still. Lightning won't be back until mid-May.

As for meeting times, when you get to the parks, there is a paper with the meeting times on it.
