When to go

OK so we arrive first day 2:30ish at airport on a sat. I've decided to go to DTD for the partial day, Irish Pup (can't remember the name just now) for dinner followed by AC and/or comedy club. I would also like to visit DQ but think that will be pushing it that day and I read somewhere that sat is a very busy day. So which day would be a good day to go? I will be there in late Sept early Oct if that makes any difference.
