Does anyone know how long Ghirardelli will be closed for refurb?

I didn't go in, but part of the store looked liked it was open. I remembering hearing some women behind me talking about being on Weight Watchers and feeling guilty about getting the Ghiardelli samples. So, I don't know if you can or can't get ice cream or just buy from the retail part.

The retail portion is currently open; however, the dining portion is currently closed for refurbishment during the dates posted above.

This is also one of my favorite spots for ice cream, along with Beaches n' Cream at BC. I always plan on eating so much ice cream on my visits that I lose 5-8 lbs. before my trip to eliminate the guilt. We will be visiting May 1 - 11, so I am dieting now.

How sick and twisted am I?

The dining location did not re-open on schedule.

Staff at the location were informed that further constuction delays were encountered.

The dining side is tentativley planned to open today or tommorow.

Do they still have those coupons for Buy 1 / get 1 free coupons that get e-mailed to you for signing up @ their website.

Haven't seen it mentioned in a while.

I receive their emails, too. Chocolate recipes, coupons and gift suggestions. Oh, my! Hot Fudge! It's a good thing that we are just a couple of weeks away from the Marketplace. The very idea of a hot fudge sundae is making me rather peckish.
