Thanks everyone! We did it! Everything went well and we were in and out in less than an hour. Wish I could say we have keys in hand, but unfortunately the sellers are building a new house and their house isn't ready yet. We have agreed to rent our house out to them for the next two weeks while their house if finished. In two weeks we will be able to move into our new home.
