Night Shows in WDW

I'm just finishing the planning of my 6 day vacation to WDW!!! I need a little more info.

What are the times for:

Wishes @ MK?
Illuminations @EPCOT
Fantasmic @ Studios

I think some of them have two shows, so if you can please give me more times.
