We're set to board the Wonder on May 18. It'll be our kids 2nd Disney cruise (they went before with grandparents), but our first.

Our kids seem to remember there being first-run movies shown on board the last time, and we're wondering if that might happen again.

You see, Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian will be released the weekend we board the Wonder, and we're curious if we might have the opportunity to see the film onboard.

Any way to find out what (if anything) is playing on our trip?

Thanks!

Call DCL... this close to your trip, they should definitely have the movie schedule already. As for whether they'll have Prince Caspian, they most likely will... they get all the Disney/Touchstone movies when they're released. For example, we saw 'National Treasure 2' on our New Year's cruise, and that was only released on Chrstmas eve, iirc.
Enjoy!
Rob

PS: As for actually seeing the movie, it might be hard to find the time to get to the theatre on a 3 or 4 day cruise considering how many other fun things there are to do onboard... Tough decisions. ;)

Disney movies debut on the ship at the same time that they debut in theaters in the US, so you should be able to see the Premear. The best way to find out what films will be showing on the ship, is to call DCL two-three weeks prior to your sailing and they will be able to tell you.

P.S. Bring movie snacks from home. The selection on board is limited (and even more expensive than your local movieplex).
