Best time for CRT dinner?

Is it better to have dinner at CRT before or during the fireworks (are they still open during the fireworks?)?

We've had dinner there, though never during the fireworks. So I can't offer too much on this.

But, unless you are lucky enough to get a table right next to the windows, I doubt the view would be any good.
