Mission Space Race Online

Has anyone tried to play Mission Space Race online lately? For the last few weeks, I have not been able to connect. Is it my problem or is there a problem with the game?

The last time my DS tried to play, which was a few months ago I know he couldn't connect either. It is such a fun game, I am bummed. :(
