Free dining offer not on front page

I'm surprised the free dining offer has not been prioritized on the front page. Is that a new policy? I always liked Intercot because it put important information like that right in front of us.

Carol is on vacation right now enjoying life away from the website - while I am preparing our next webserver... so you will excuse us if we are a little tardy this week.
