We stay offsite at timeshare but want to extend our April 2009 vacation by possibly 3 nights at a Disney resort. How is it paid for? Payments? All at once? Thanks!

Hi,

Payment terms for rooms or packages are Disney's terms. We book with Disney.

Room only reservations: deposit within 14 days of a hold of one night plus tax, balance due at check in, cancellation 5 days prior to travel.

Packages: $200 deposit within 14 days of a hold, balance due 45 days prior to travel. Cancellation is 45 days as well. Cancellation terms for 6-44 days is $100 and $200 for 0-6 days. Changes within 45 days may incur fees.

Many of our clients like to do payments on their trips. You simply arrange that with your agent!

Hope this helps!

Thanks! I love the idea of payments even though it is only three nights :) How far in advance can we book?

You can book a year in advance - maybe more... I've never tried more than that. If the prices go up in the meantime, you will have to pay the increase so it doesn't mean you save any money by booking early. But it does mean you can get all giddy and excited that you've booked your room early! :mickey:

The package rates haven't been released yet for 2009, and probably won't be until sometime in the summer. You can book a room only now and then convert it to a package (if that is what you are wanting to book) once the package rates are released.
