Booking problems...BIG TIME HELP NEEDED

So Im going to WDW in a couple weeks and I have a problem:

I just realized I booked two hotel rooms at the same time. See what I wanted to do originally was to stay a few hours at Pop each night, and then an additional few at AKL. I know it sounds crazy but I wanted to be the first person to accomplish this.

But now I dont think its going to work out because I'd be too tired from running from each resort throughout the night, that I would be too tired for the parks.

Disney said I couldn't backout of the reservations, and consequently booked me for 2 nights in the Contemporary as well, citing that I have to spend between 3am and 5am at that resort before returning to Pop century, by foot, in 15 mins.

I'm very discouraged.

WOW - got me, too. I couldn't figure out why someone would want to pay for two hotel rooms for the same nites. I even read it to my co-worker telling her what a nut this person was.
