When to go in Nov

We are looking to go in Nov of this year during the week of 8 - 15. The main reason of going is to attend the MVMCP & hopefully catch the Osborne Lights. Can anyone tell me if this is the best week to go or should we attend another week.

"Jersey week" is apparently the first week of November, along with election day, so I would definitely rule that week out. You'll likely encounter some residual crowds from that on the 8th/9th, plus that is the last weekend of the Food & Wine festival at Epcot. It is traditionally also Super Soap weekend at Disney Hollywood Studios, and there is usually an activity at Downtown Disney that weekend as well (although it escapes me at the moment what event it is - something to do with art, I think). So, the beginning of your trip could be quite busy.
