Most (maybe all) car rental companies offer a pick-up service. We have a large motor home and will be renting a car to get around in once we get to the RV resort. We have made arrangements to be picked up at the site by the rental company and taken to their office to pick up our car. It's basically a taxi service, but free. Our upcoming vacation will be the first time we have done this and my question is how much should we tip the driver? Unlike a taxi, you can't just tip a percentage.
If anyone has any ideas on this, I'd really appreciate them.
Thanks!

Maybe someone else has experience with this, but I've never felt like it was something I would tip for.

I'm guessing the folks that pick you up are paid as full-time employees and not as tipped employees.

If they handle your luggage, I would tip them similar to what you would tip a rental car shuttle bus driver to handle your luggage. In our case that would be $1-2 per piece.
