Heartland Chalets

Has anyone ever rented from Heartland Rentals in Gatlinburg, Tn? Dh and I are considering one of their chalets and I'm just wondering what kind of company they are and if their chalets are as nice as they look on the net.

I haven't stayed with Heartland before. But we do go to the Smokies pretty frequently and always stay at Oak Haven Resort (.com) ;) They are as nice as they look on the net and there is a pool, playground and a great day spa there in the resort.

Sorry - I've never used them, though I can vouch for the area as a great place to vacation. There is the perfect mix of "tourist-y" things to do and the great outdoors. We love it. We do rent cabins, but we use a different company. They are a little further away (maybe 15 min to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge), and a little less fancy (though very nice and certainly not "rustic") but they are a GREAT price.
