Minimum age for Surf Lessons at Typhoon Lag?

Anyone know if there is an age requirement for these?

The minimum age for the surfing lessons is 8 yrs.

It is a 3 hour class that includes instruction time and surfing time. This is done on select mornings before the park opens.
The latest price I know of was $140 for the lesson. This does not include admission into Typhoon Lagoon after the lesson.
