Anyone ever stayed at Fountain Park?

I tested my luck at priceline and got a night at Orlando Funspots at Fountain Park (formerlly the Ramada Eastgate) for $22. I can now add on the rest of my stay for the same rate if I decide to do so, but I don't have much time to make a decision. Calling all Intercot experts! What should I do? My choice is either staying here for 4 nights, trying my luck somewhere else, or ditching the Disney plan and going back to my original plan of going to Cape Cod. Should I take the rate, or lose the $22?

Based upon the reviews for this hotel I would stay away. I went onto tripadvisor.com and searched the name, it came up and needless to say I wouldn't stay there if they paid me $22 per night plus the $2.95 resort fee they will charge you on check-in. It's the only 2* hotel I've ever seen try to charge a "resort" fee.
