Local seafood restaurants

We will be staying in Orlando and I was wondering if anybody knows of a good locally owned seafood restaurant. I always enjoy the restaurants we find when we stay along the coast. Last time we visited family in Deland we went to a "mom and pop" place and it was so good and not way over priced.

Does anybody have any favorite place in the metro Orlando area?

I've heard good things about Pebbles, which is a relatively casual local restaurant in the city Orlando. I've never been, but it's one of the more popular places in town.
