disney transportation

I have friends staying off-site:confused: my question is can they use the disney transportation anyway?

The transportation cast members direct all guests to use Disney tranport. Buses, monorail and watercraft are open to anyone who wants to ride them.

Although you'll find some literature stating that a "valid resort ID" is necessary, this is just not the case. Myself and the other monorail cast members never check IDs, and I know for a fact that this practice is not done on busses/watercraft either. For instance, we encourage people to use inter-park busses or to use the resort monorail to visit the MK area hotels regardless of where they're staying.

I do believe though that they would have to start at one of the parks or at the Transporation Center.

I don't think they could park at one of the resorts.
