I know this has been asked many times, but I could not find the thread to answer this question, so I apologize in advance. How do I read a spoiler?

If I am reading your question correctly, you need to click-and-drag over the area where the spoiler is supposedly typed. This will highlight the area and make the 'inviso-text' visible.
