How to hop from Swan to CBR?

I have friends visiting the World in early May. The DH is going down on Monday for a convention and staying at the Swan. The DW and DD are coming down on Wednesday when the convention is over and they are staying at the CBR and using DME to get there. What will be the best way for DH and his luggage to get to CBR to meet up with the family? My first thought was DH with luggage take a bus to the nearest theme park then take a CBR bus to the hotel. Or take a taxi. Do they have bell service between Disney resorts with the Swan?
Any advice would be appreciated!

No Disney Bell service from the Swan.

I took a town car from the Swan to the Contemporary a few years ago. It cost $16. I took a towncar because there was one waiting at the front doing nothing when I asked the
Swan bell desk if they would get a cab for me.
