When will Disney release the 2009 rates? We are interested in planning a trip for February.

I believe the rates come out in August/September each year. However, you can call and make a room only reservation, just to make sure you get the resort/view you want. I did this last year for WL and am so glad I did...the standard view rooms ended up selling out before the new rates came out.
