Magical Journeys Etiquette Question

Hi, I booked a vacation w/MJ last year.

I am ready to book our next vacation. Is it kosher to directly contact the agent who helped me last time? Or, should I go through the website and fill out a new form?

I'm not sure how the company works regarding allocating clients to their agents.

I've never contacted anyone other than Melissa, so if there is etiquette, I don't want to know about it!

You can do it either way, we are casual and don't stand on etiquette for this matter. :)

If you email your agent, she may ask that you fill out a form on her personal page so she has a current worksheet for you.

If you fill out a form on our quote request page and put her name in as prior agent, it goes to her anyway.

Unless the client requests otherwise, we try to keep the clients with the same agents.

I was given Terrisue on my first booking. I think she's great. I go thru the MJ page on intercot and mark Terrisue as my prior agent. Once she contacts me back I communicate thru e-mail and phone with her.
