I saw information on where to find menus for the WDW restaurants but can't find the post now. Where can I find these?

Right here...on our very own Intercot InfoCentral...

Are you referring to the menus on Intercot?
If so:

Go up to "Info Central" tab.
It'll be under the "Dining" section. There is a menu section, and a cool food-photo section!
