Poly Pool Closed for Refurb?

We have friends staying at the Poly the week of March 10th. I read somewhere that the pool there is going to be closed for refurbishment until March 15th. Can anyone confirm? thanks.

Yes, its down until the 15th of March. We were supposed to stay there the 3/8 - 3/15. We got a letter shortly after Christmas to let us know about the refurb. We switched to GF!

Were you given a deal on the Grand Floridian, or did you just make the switch and upgrade on your own? Thanks. g

We were hoping for a deal but no. We upgraded.
