180 Day ADR Window

So I'm wondering how strict Disney dining is about the 180 day mark to make ADRs? For some reason my best friend's husband (who thinks he is so much smarter than me) thinks that they can call in on Thursday since that is "technically" the six month mark instead on Sunday which is what I told them was 180 days. Are they going to get turned down or do you think Disney will go ahead and do it?

The policy is not 6 months, it's 180 days.
And it is just that- EXACTLY 180 days.

Let him call... they will tell him to call back at 180 days. ;)

180 days from Sunday (3/2) is 8/29/08

The ONLY exception I've found to the 180 day mark, is that if you're staying on property, and you call 180 days from the FIRST day of your vacation, they'll let you make reservations for the rest of the trip, or at least 7-10 days. We were there for 10 days and I was able to make reservations for the rest of the trip on my first call! I was expecting to call back every day for each reservation.

Oh, and I don't know that the above mentioned policy applies to Cindy's... I think they said that one had to be exactly 180 days out, but it was last summer when I called, so things may have changed.

The policy is 180 days. You should make a wager with your BFH. You will win for sure.
