It was all good on our last trip. Mom and I had the fried chicken, my wife had pot roast and dad had the meat loaf. We all agreed that it was really good, and that no one had made a mistake in what they ordered. Fun atmosphere as well:thumbsup:

We've also enjoyed the meatloaf and especially the fried chicken. Big portions, so arrive hungry!

You will have a great time there. We loved the Strawberry Milkshake, Pot Roast and Meatloaf. Portions were not that huge. Plenty of room for Onion reings and Milkshake.:number1:

We were 50/50 at 50's......some didn't care for it at all, some liked it a little.....I'd go with something you've eaten before, I wouldn't go out on a limb and try something different here...it might just be something you regret doing!!

This is one of my families favorite spots to eat! I will honestly say we've never had a bad meal here! The fried chicken, pot roast, meat loaf and pork are all great! 50's PT is the closest I've gotten to home cooking! We usually save it until later in the week. We get bored of steak and seafood by then, and 50's is a welcome relief! :mickey:

I love the fried herb cheese or the smoked seafood dip appetizers. Both are very good.

I also love the chicken pot pie or the chicken ceasar salad. The fish sandwich is also great.

I'll have to try the meatloaf sometime.

I had the fried chicken on our last trip, and it was really good.

I also seem to remember that they had good caeser salad...all in all, everyone liked their meals!

Last time I ate there I had the pot roast and it was really good! I only tend to like the pot roast that my aunt makes so that is saying something! :mickey:

Also the smores dessert was good. And my aunt had a peanut butter and jelly milkshake that was awesome! I don’t think it’s on the menu, but if you ask they will make it for you. It’s worth it!

I have to agree with #1DonaldFan -- we were only 50/50 on the 50's Prime Time. Kids were NOT happy with their fish special, DMiL's veg were cold and my pot roast was 1/2 fat :ack: But the shakes were fantastic, and the desserts out of this world :cloud9: !

I don't like pot roast. But I tried my husband's at Primetime and I fell in love. It was wonderful. I had the salmon and enjoyed it very much.

I had the meatloaf, which was awesome. My mom had the pot roast and it was a huge portion. It was delicous. My hubby had steak and he didn't really care for it though.

Another vote for the Pot Roast, I had this on my last trip and it was very good. I've also had the Chicken Pot Pie and the Caesar Salad, both were good too.

Try the Smores for dessert, yummy!

The pot roast is my favorite meal there. We've also gotten the chicken pot pie which is on the lunch menu, and it was good, but not as good at the pot roast. We like this restaurant a lot. Great theming. I didn't care for the berry dessert though, wasn't fresh.

We will be trying this place on our '09 trip for dinner. We've never been before and are really looking forward to it! We've done Mama Melrose, Sci-Fi and working our way around! So 50's PTC is our next choice. We can't wait it sounds like a toss up between pot roast and fried chicken!

The fried chicken is gigantic and wonderful. The 50's Prime Time Cafe used to offer these delicious thin onion rings, but I don't think they are on the menu anymore.

For dessert, try the s'mores or the brownie sundae.

We eat there almost every trip and we are always happy with the food and the service. I usually get the fried chicken and my wife gets the meatloaf and they are both very good.
