Steam Engines Tour

Does anyone know if a parent needs to acompany my DS 10 on this tour or can he go alone? We will be there in June and it will be me, DS10 and DD8. Since it is just the 3 of us and my DD cannot go - I was hoping he could go alone.

Disney's own web-site just states that you must be 10 years old to go on the tour. I think your best bet is to call Disney directly to find out (407-WDW-TOUR).

And, are you sure your 10-year old would be comfortable on the tour by himself?

Yes, he would be very comfortable. He is a very smart, mature 10 year old. He has been waiting to be 10 to go on this tour since he heard of it at the age of 5. We were even there in Dec and I said maybe he do it because he would be 10 in Jan and he told me the rules say 10. :)
