Questions about DVC?

Yes I have a couple of questions again on the DVC. I know you get discounts on Annual Passes and other things however do you get discounts at the Child care centers and the Pirate cruises for kids? Also do you get any discounts for the Grand Gatherings and can you do the Grand Gatherings? Would like to take my family to a 3 bdrm and was just wondering.

DVC members do get a 10% discount at the childcare centers at the Wilderness Lodge, Grand Floridian, Yacht and Beach Club, Animal Kingdom, and Poly.

I'm not sure about anything discount wise with Grand Gatherings, but someone will be along soon who does know.

You can do the grand gatherings events as a DVC member. But I am not aware of any discounts. We've done the Illuminations dinner/desert, but paid the sticker price.
