night of joy in september

We are going Sept 2-12. I think the night of joy is on the 5th and 6th. we are not going into the parks 3 days. is it busy during the night of joy and should we make one of those days a day we don't go into the park, or does it not have that much impact?

Is this the year that it's switching to DHS? I figure it would impact the crowds in whichever park it's taking place, but probably not until about 4p or whenever the NoJ crowd can enter with their tickets - at least that's the way it was in 2005 over at Universal's IOA for their same event. The crowds were minimal until about 4p when the place suddenly became packed - fortunately, we were done. Either avoid the park where NoJ is taking place or use this weekend as part of your 3 no-park days.
