Renting a golf cart at Wilderness Cabins

My husband is insisting we rent a golf cart for our stay at the cabins. Is renting one really a necessity? I don't mind a bit of a walk, and it will be a bit pricey to rent for the week. Any experiences/pros/cons to share?

While not a must do, the carts really add freedom to your stay at FW. They allow you to visit all parts of the campground, as well as going to theme park transportation, without waiting on the internal buses. We get one most of the time, but not always. You can survive without one, but they do free up a lot of time.:thumbsup:

Thanks! I really llike the idea of not having to wait for the bus with antsy and/or tired kids and also being able to explore the grounds. I guess in the grand scheme of things, what 's another couple hundred dollars in order to make this trip as stress free as possible!:mickey:
