I am so use to planning our trips to Disney at the last minute. I am really good at doing WDW on the fly. But now we have booked a trip for May and I have more than a month to figure out what I want to do, when to do things, etc. I would make ADRs, but I am not real big on them. I am going to make a couple character meal ADRs (Little Einsteins and Cape May)

So how to do you handle your planning? After you make the hotel reservation what is your next step? Do you make loads of ADRs?

I am not real confident on letting this slide until a month out... maybe I am over analyzing this!?!?!

I usually go check park hours and special events and start thinking about what park to visit when. Then I make whatever the most important ADRs are; we don't make a lot, but we do try to get any difficult ones out of the way (like Le Cellier).

After booking our room I start checking the
park hours and special events that might be
going on while we are there. We don't do any
ADR's as we just spend our time in the parks
with just counter service meals. :mickey:
