Ok so here is the think i need to do a small project on Disney and Mk talking about the philosophy, and values of the company and the MK but seem to be drawing a blank anyone out there able to provide any help with that????....and if anyone knows what the plaque on the bottom of the partners statue says that would be a big help to thanks

There are a lot of books about Walt out there. Just check out amazon and you should find some good stuff!

Roy Disney came out of retirement to work on the Florida Project (Disney World) to finish a Dream Of Walt. In the end Roy Named it WALT Disney World since it was Walt's Dream....

Find the DVD "Disneyland - The Secrets, Stories and Magic of the Happiest Place on Earth." It's a real gem.

I would recommend these books - depending upon what the scope of your project is exactly - The Disney Way and The Disney Way Fieldbook: How to Implement Walt Disney's Vision of "Dream, Believe, Dare, Do" in Your Own Company both by Bill Capodagli and Lynn Jackson, and Be Our Guest by Ted Kinni.

These may help you relate how Walt Disney was able to achieve success to the business world of today, and they are especially good when trying to describe such things to non-Disney people who don't quite understand what makes Disney so special.
