Haunted Mansion in MK in October

Last October, I visited Disneyland and the Haunted Mansion was outfitted with special Nightmare Before Christmas effects. :pumpkin:

I am thinking of an October trip to DW, and was wondering if they do anything similar in MK. I'm hoping not as I enjoy the original mansion without the extra bells and whistles.

WDW currently does not convert the mansion to the Nightmare Before Christmas layover. The only thing special I have seen done was outside the mansion during MNSSHP they have a Ghost lady entertaining the crowd. But the interior remains the same.

JPL is right as I did speak with the ghost lady, very entertaining. The Mansion did have some special effect lighting but no layover.

I wish they would do a Nightmare thingy for Halloween... DD and I loooove Nightmare...

I like the ghost lady. I thought that was a cool addition when I was there for MNSSHP. I'm glad they don't change it even though I do like the movie.
