The pizzas are not premade, at least not the individual ones at places like Pizza Planet and Pizzafari. They are actually made using machines that were custom made for Disney. I saw a special about it on Food Network. The machines plop down a crust, the "perfect" amount of sauce and toppings, and then they go into the oven for the "perfect" amount of cooking time. It's like a little pizza assembly line. Voilla! Pizza a la Disney. :pizza:

Pizzas at Pop Century and most other places are still premade.

Burgers are fresh ground beef sent in patties.

Most desserts are made off-site and then sent into the location, where we then plate and serve them.

Cookies and danishes are ususally made on location. Muffins and turnovers usually aren't.

Mac and cheese is premade. Most soups are premades. Most sauces aren't. Most chicken tenders are, most chicken parm isn't.

There is probably more but this is what I observed from Pop Century.
