Difference in Categories

Other than cost what is the difference between Categories 8 & 9 Oceanview rooms?

Other than cost what is the difference between Categories 11 & 12 Standard Inside rooms?

Does it have to do with the deck that it is on?

Or with the Oceanview rooms, the size or number of the portholes?

If I remember correctly it does have to do with the deck that the cabin is located on as well as where on the deck the cabin is. Farther from the elevators etc.

When I got my DVD and Info a couple weeks ago, it showed me what the difference was.

It is the location on the ship, basically.
