Trip for 2

DD & I are going 2/25-3/3 with a late arrival on 2/25.
Day 1 = Travel Day with late arrival to POP
Day 2 = TL then dinner at BOMA
Day 3 = planning ?MGM Fantasmic with fast walk to Epcot to catch 9pm Illuminations
Day 4 = MK am/emh, Crystal Palace
Day 5 = Epcot, ?Dinner plan
Day 6 = AK
Day 7 = 15hours of MK!!!!
Day 8 = 7pm flight home ? plans

Any ideas for day 8 or suggestions for improvement?
I welcome any feedback. This year seemed more difficult to plan & I'm not sure why.

well, epcot is my favorite park so if i were you i would spend that time at epcot and have lunch and someplace you've never been before.

on a side note, DH and I walked from MGM to Epcot on our last trip a couple weeks ago and it was so fun! it was completely empty. only one couple passed us the whole time! we heard some rustling in the bushes :gator:??? which freaked us out but that's another story.

How long did the walk to Epcot take you? We're hoping to hit the 2 shows in 1 night...Fantasmic 7pm & Illuminations 9pm.
