I-Drive and Peabody Hotel

DH is considering attending a trade show in April. The Peabody, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza are the host hotels. I didn't like the reviews I saw on either Rosen property. So, that leaves the Peabody. I has decent reviews, but it's hard for me to swallow $259 a night w/ no included breakfast, etc. It is within walking distance to the convention center, though. Technically, our company would be paying for it, but we have gotten used to staying at hotels that offer free breakfast for much less $$$.

Also, I know there are supposed to be lots of restaurants and shopping along I-drive. I read good reviews on a place called Bahama Breeze (is this Tommy Bahama's restuarant?) Anyway, is there anything we need to see on I-drive.

Wonderworks (http://www.wonderworksonline.com/html/default.htm) comes to mind. It's an upside down building with all kinds of things to do and see inside. It's within walking distance of the Peabody. There is also a trolley (http://www.iridetrolley.com/index.html) that runs up and down International Drive. You could take it to either Prime Outlet or Premium Outlet down near Disney.
