Confused about upgrading a ticket.

If I have a one day pass, I should be able to upgrade at anytime, correct? I shouldn't be limited to that 14 day window because the ticket was never used. Am I understanding this correctly?

That's what I would think. I think the option to upgrade is gone 14 days after first use so you haven't used it yet :mickey:
