Just Got Back

We just spent four nights at VWL. Although it was very cool by our standard, the atmosphere was heart warming. Compared to last year at this time the crowds were huge. Had to get in early and park hop to see our favorites. Saturday was roller coaster day. Started early entry at Studios, then AK, then Epcot and the MK. We completed all fast rides by the time the parade started at the MK. During our Oct. 2007 trip it was also unusually crowded. I think the slow periods aren't going to be that slow any more. Can't wait to return in May.

I love those "theme" days. Last trip we did the fireworks theme. We got Fantasmic and Illuminations but couldn't get back to MK. Sounds like a good trip.

Your Saturday Roller Coaster Day sounds like a lot of fun!! I have read many accounts of big crowds in January. I am glad that you still had a great trip despite the larger crowds. Thanks for reporting. :mickey:
