I asked this question just a bit ago and I 'm having no luck at all with it. I just need a simple way to post pictures that works.

My pictures are on my desktop - on my computer - in a file.

Please help me I really want to share them in my trip reports before they get to old. ( I mean the reports getting old.)

Thanks in advance for all the help.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten a satisfactory answer. I will try to help.

First, you will need to upload your pictures to an online service such as Webshots or Flickr. You cannot link to them on your computer.

Some folks just post a link to the album containing their trip photos, such as:

INTERCOT October 2007 Trip (http://good-times.webshots.com/album/561200607dqnqUq)

And some folks weave their pictures within their trip report, such as:

And after a long, successful day at Disneyland Park, a great time (http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2557432710048685994oSvZZb) was had by all at the Lost Bar.

I hope this helps! :photo:

You left out that little bit of info yesterday.

Most of the photo sharing websites are free up to a certain number of photos. If your ISP happens to be AT&T/Yahoo, Flickr is free as part of the package.

I still like Webshots the best. It's very easy to use. :photo:

1.When you are writing your post you will see globe with the infinity link symbol click that then you will see a screen come up that says http:// highlighted in blue. Erase this and if you use webshots there is a a box in the right hand corner that has a URL that you can copy and past into the blank link box. If you want to attach it to a word then highlight the word (http://good-times.webshots.com/photo/2011435450102834945anEIkC?vhost=good-times)you want to link and then click the globe link pic.
I hope this helps!
