What do you guys suggest at the Flying Fish? We will be there in about a week and just looking for input on what to order and what to avoid. I will report when I am done.

The potato encrusted red snapper is excellent and my wife was impressed with their crab cakes.

The mussels in pesto sauce is outrageous! The salmon was really good too. I also agree with the potato encrusted snapper, a signature dish. We go to the FF every August visit, usually twice! Enjoy!!

It's really hard to beat the potato crusted red snapper. I recommend sitting at the Chef's Counter. They'll give you free samples.

The crab cakes are awesome and Chef Tim is a master of soups. Try whatever soup of the day they have.

I don't eat fish, but my friend who went with me had the snapper. She still raves about it, and it's been 5 months since we've been there. She had originally wanted the grouper, but when we arrived they didn't have it. The chef came out to our table and told us that next time we come, call ahead and, he can get whatever we want.
