DH, the children (11, 3, & 1), and I are heading back to WDW in November and DH is requesting dinner at a steakhouse. We are steak lovers and are looking for a great meal. I have heard some good reviews about the Yachtsman and right now are thinking that is where we will be dining but I was wondering what all of you thought? Any input on both eateries would be appreciated. Thank you!

I voted for The Yachtsman-it is our favorite. The food is A+ as is the service.

We have tried on past trips to get into Shula's and they were always booked up. Guess that tells you something!

I have never eaten at Shula's, but have heard good things about it. We ate at Yachtsman's on our last trip and LOVED it! Excellent steaks, great service and just a fun dinner. It was a great way to spend the first night on that trip:thumbsup:

Shula's.... They serve prime and Yachtsman does not. Although it is still very good.

I would pick Yachtsman's, but only because I can go to a Shula's in a lot of other places. The Birnbaum guide lists Shula's as the best steakhouse at WDW.

Yachtsman over Shula's any day.

We ate at the Yachtsman on our dec trip and had a great meal. Our two sons(15 & 10) also enjoyed. Everyone enjoyed their meal, steaks were cooked to order and the side were good also.
