Wine and dine plan?

We are on the deluxe dinning plan and have been upgraded to the wine and dine. How does this work? Where can you get your bottle of wine? Can you get your bottle of wine with your meal at selected locations. What are the locations. Any info would be great.

How did you learn you were upgraded?
This is the first I have heard of this (admittedly, this is a brand new program ;)).

The upgrade happened by way of a Chase/Visa Disney reward card program.

How did you hear about the upgrade? We are also on the DDP and I have the Disney Visa card. Sure would love to take advatage of the upgrade if possible. We are going in Sept. Is the upgrade time specific? Any info would be appreciated.
