question about AAA

Can anyone tell me what the general fee is for AAA membership. Also, what is the Disney discount if you are a member. I'm thinking about possibly joining if it would pay for itself. Do you receive the discount year round or is it only for special promos?

We paid 45.00 to join and we stayed at POR and it saved us about 250.00 off room rates...You can also use on other hotel discounts and we have used ours for towing...I personally think that it is worth it...If you cant get a discount during the time that you are going, at least you know that you are saving something...:thumbsup:

We have AAA and have used it year round for Disney resort discounts. We have AP's as well, and the AAA discount has been better. Just for Disney use alone, it is well worth the $50 a year.:thumbsup:

It's worth it if I get a flat tire or run out of gas and all other car issues, the card is invaluable! My DM gets it for my DH and I every year for Christmas.:number1:

I think we paid 45 dollars for our memebership. We rec'd a 15% dicount on room only at a moderate, and 10% off of total purchase at the world of Disney store at DtD, each time we shopped there. There are a few more perks, but I only paid attention to the Disney ones.......I do think it's worth it !!!!!

I agree with everyone else. The savings at Disney alone pays for the card each year. :thumbsup:
