Park Passes & Key Cards

So, we're splitting our stay during the 3rd week in March between ASMo (2 nights) and GF (4 nights). We generally wait and purchase our park passes when we check in - as opposed to buying them before we leave. My question is...if we purchase our 6-day park hopper at ASMo when we arrive, can we use the same key card when we move to GF or will they transfer our park passes to a new card?

You can continue to use the "passes" you received at All Stars. When you check into the Grand Floridian, you can request that the remaining days be transferred to your room card there so you won't need to carry around both cards.
