Ok I have read and see they list their pools as heated. Does anyone know what temp they are heated to? Just curious.

Without knowing what the actual temps are in each pool, I can tell you on a 94 degree September day, the pool at the hotel was refreshing but not at all cold. On a 56 degree February day, the pool at the same hotel felt warm, but not nearly as hot as the hot tub (which was set to 110 degrees).

SIL just reserved WL for December and was told the pool is 82 degrees. Hope this helps!

Yup, the pools are heated to 80-82 degrees there, which is the standard temp most heated pools are set to in the South in winter.

We stayed at POFQ this past March and the pools were cold! It was great as long as the sun was out, but if it was cloudy or night, forget it~ COLD!

Just my 2 cents...

We go in March every year and stay at POP. The pools are too cold for me, but my daughter swims everyday and says it is warm once your in the water for awhile.

I thought it was too cold in January when we were there.

I don't think they had the heat on at the Poly last May, we were :freeze: on the way in.

I remember one rather chilly night when you could see steam coming off of the pool water. There were kids playing in it at night (and I think we were wearing winter coats!)

I don't think they are all heated alike. We have gone every november and had about the same temps... but the WL pool was super warm, whereas the Contemporary pool was just barely warm and POFQ pool was downright cold.
