preschooler extra magic hour???

Does anyone know anything about this? I actually don't know what its called, but I think its where younger kids have activities in Fantasyland before the park opens.
I heard about it going on last year?, and I am wondering if they are doing it in 2008. Any information would be very apprieciated! Thanks

The name of this program is Magical Beginnings, but I am not sure as to the schedule.

It's happened the last 2 years in September, but no word yet about whether or not it will happen in 2008.
