room requests

We are staying at CBR in February and would like to stay in a preferred room. When we made the reservations these were full :( but we were told to keep calling back and trying. My question is, we booked through AAA so should I call AAA and have them check for me or call Disney directly? TIA! :mickey:

I think if you have a reservation number, you could call WDW directly.

Your agent is the only one that Disney will speak to about your reservation. This is done for your safety actually. (If someone found out about your plans and had ill-will, they could mess with it)


You can call and ask about availability in general, but then you have to have your agent modify it.
